Theme of transformation: burnout and depression

Exhaustion appears quiet, almost inconspicuous. I am interested in the moment when an inner breakdown can also become a radical interruption.

Burnout or depressive states can force us to question pace and expectations. In this enforced pause, I see the possibility of becoming more aware of one’s own limits — and perhaps of standing up for them more clearly in the future.
