In this work, fear does not appear solely as a paralyzing feeling, but as a state of heightened sensitivity. For me, engaging with it consciously holds the possibility of clarity and courage.

Nervousness is not suppressed here, but made visible — as something that can also provide orientation.

Sadness appears heavy, but not loud.

I see within it the possibility of slowing down perception and becoming more aware. Even in darker phases, a process can begin that redirects attention toward small, positive moments.

Not as a simple solution — but as an active, sometimes difficult path of realigning one’s focus.

Theme of transformation: exclusion and loneliness

The foreign, the strange, the feeling of not belonging — all of this is not hidden here.

Exclusion can be painful, but it can also mark the moment when the attempt to adapt at any cost comes to an end. For me, this holds the opportunity to anchor self-confidence not in external validation, but inone’s own sense of difference.

The “creepy” thus becomes a possible starting point for self-empowerment.

Theme of transformation: burnout and depression

Exhaustion appears quiet, almost inconspicuous. I am interested in the moment when an inner breakdown can also become a radical interruption.

Burnout or depressive states can force us to question pace and expectations. In this enforced pause, I see the possibility of becoming
more aware of one’s own limits — and perhaps of standing up for them more clearly in the future.
